Internship

Internship Summary

During my senior year at high school at the Clay Center Community High School in Clay Center, Kansas, I interned at Gibsons Ace Hardware in Clay Center. I did this internship because I felt as though it would help me learn more practical and social skills. Some of the stuff that I did was help customers find products, cut tubing, mix paint, and cut keys. During this internship, Gibsons was bought by Aaron and Moree Floresch. After they bought Gibsons, they decided to remodel the store; a complete store reset. While in my second semester of high school, I am interning with the IT specialist, Tyler Kern, from Ray’s Applemarket right next door to Gibsons.
